Sara is a Virginia native who moved to Colorado in 1995. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia in Sports Medicine and her Masters in Physical Therapy at the Medical College of Virginia. She is also a Certified Athletic Trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She specializes in orthopedic manual physical therapy and women's health issues. She is the owner of Jointworx Physical Therapy and is married to Mike Christenberry (the co-owner of Jointworx) with whom she has 2 children.
