Kristina Helquist, PT, DPT
Tina grew up in South Bend, IN but also lived in Stockholm, Sweden and Angers, France. She attended Notre Dame, where she majored in Biology and graduated with a BS in 2002. She then attended USC for graduate school and graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2005. She then worked in outpatient orthopedic clinics in the Chicago area for 4 years before moving to Colorado in 2009. Her specialties include manual therapy and functional exercise rehabilitation. Outside of work, Tina enjoys running, swimming, skiing and hiking.
